Ingredients:

  • 1 6-oz package cherry gelatin
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 46-oz can pineapple juice
  • 6 cups cold water
  • 2 liters ginger ale; chilled

    Instructions:

    1. In a sauce pan, dissolve gelatin and sugar in the boiling water.
    2. In a large freezable container, stir in sugar mixture, pineapple juice and cold water. Cover and freeze overnight.
    3. In a large punch bowl, thaw the frozen mixture for 2 hours.
    4. Pour the soda over the mixture just before serving.
