Ingredients:

  • 1 small box lemon Jell-O, dissolved in 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 5 cups cool water
  • 1 large can frozen pineapple juice; undiluted
  • 8 ounces lemon juice
  • 1 oz almond extract
  • 2 liters ginger ale

    Instructions:

    1. In a large freezable container, stir together first 5 ingredients. Cover and freeze overnight.
    2. In a large punch bowl, thaw the frozen mixture for 2 hours.
    3. Pour the soda over the mixture just before serving.
