Spiced Hot Cocoa Mix

Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup powdered nondairy creamer
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Layer all of the ingredients: sugar, cocoa and then the nondairy creamer.
Seal in a jar or air tight container.
Decorate.
For the Tag:
Spiced Hot Cocoa Mix
In a sauce pan, combine ingredients with 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and stir over medium heat. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Slowly stir in 3 cups of milk.
Serves 4.
