Low Fat Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup low-fat Italian dressing
  • 1 15-ounce can kidney beans; drained
  • 1 15-ounce can pinto beans; drained
  • 1 15-ounce can black-eyed peas; drained
  • 1 10-ounce package frozen baby lima beans; thawed
  • 1 cup frozen corn; thawed
  • 1 red bell pepper; finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion; finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate over night, stirring occasionally. Enjoy.
