Ingredients:
1 16 oz can garbanzo beans; drained
1 16 oz can black beans; drained
1 16 oz can red beans; drained
1 16 oz can corn; drained
2 small tomatoes; cut in chunks
1/2 medium red onion; sliced thin
3-4 cloves garlic; minced
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt; to taste
1-2 tsp cayenne pepper; to taste
1-2 tsp Tabasco sauce; to taste
Instructions:
Stir together first six ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Chill overnight, stirring occasionally.
