Celebration Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 small box orange Jello

1 cup boiling water

20 oz can crushed pineapple; drained very well

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup chopped maraschino cherries

4 cups mini-marshmallows

8 oz container whipped topping; thawed

Instructions:

Combine Jello and boiling water. Stir until jellow is completely dissolved; refrigerate until jello is consistency of unbeaten egg whites.

Mix in pineapple, cheese, mayonnaise, cherries, and marshmallows.

Fold in whipped topping.

Pour into any kind of decorative mold or dish.

Chill about 3 hours until set. Serves 10-12.
