BLT Macaroni Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni; cooked and drained
  • 5 green onions; finely chopped
  • 1 large tomato; diced
  • 1 1/4 cups celery; diced
  • 1 pound bacon; cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 5 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the first 4 ingredients.
  2. To make dressing whisk together last 4 ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad and coat.
  4. Chill for at least 2 hours. Add bacon just before serving. Serves 8.
