Salad Recipes BLT Macaroni Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni; cooked and drained
- 5 green onions; finely chopped
- 1 large tomato; diced
- 1 1/4 cups celery; diced
- 1 pound bacon; cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 5 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the first 4 ingredients.
- To make dressing whisk together last 4 ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Pour dressing over the salad and coat.
- Chill for at least 2 hours. Add bacon just before serving. Serves 8.
