Caesar Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 20 large romaine leaves; washed and dried
  • 1 each Head lettuce
  • 1 cup French bread cut 1/2 in cube; oven toasted
  • 1 large garlic clove; mashed
  • 1 Egg; soft boiled
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Juice of one lemon
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Grated Romano cheese
  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mixed together garlic, egg, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and Worcestershire.
  2. Add lettuce leaves, tossing to coat thoroughly.
  3. Add Romano and pepper. Toss again.
  4. Arrange salad on plates and garnish with toasted bread cubes.
