Salad Recipes Caesar Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 20 large romaine leaves; washed and dried
- 1 each Head lettuce
- 1 cup French bread cut 1/2 in cube; oven toasted
- 1 large garlic clove; mashed
- 1 Egg; soft boiled
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Juice of one lemon
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Grated Romano cheese
- pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mixed together garlic, egg, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and Worcestershire.
- Add lettuce leaves, tossing to coat thoroughly.
- Add Romano and pepper. Toss again.
- Arrange salad on plates and garnish with toasted bread cubes.
