Cherry Coke Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans 20-oz Cherries; pitted
  • 1 pkg. 3-oz Jello Cherry Gelatin ()
  • 1 can 20-oz Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 cup Coca-Cola
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

    Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, heat cherries and their juice to boiling.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in Jello.
  • Add pineapple, including juice. Stir.
  • Pour in coke and nuts. Stir.
  • Pour into a greased 6-cup mold.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set.
