Salad Recipes Macaroni Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound elbow macaroni; cooked
- 6 hard-cooked eggs; chopped
- 3 stalks celery; chopped
- 1 green or red bell pepper; chopped
- 4 cups real mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, celery, and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, salt and onion powder.
- Pour over egg mixture. Add macaroni. Mix well.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving.
