Macaroni Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni; cooked
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs; chopped
  • 3 stalks celery; chopped
  • 1 green or red bell pepper; chopped
  • 4 cups real mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

    Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, celery, and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, salt and onion powder.
  • Pour over egg mixture. Add macaroni. Mix well.
  • Chill for at least one hour before serving.
